Each piece is finished with a durable 2K acrylic urethane clear coat, resulting in a deep, high-gloss finish.

If you return your undamaged original parts as a core return, the core charge will be refunded. Core returns must be received within 30 days of the parts being shipped. Once we receive the parts and verify that there is *no damage, the refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Core Condition Requirements:
Color, surface finish, paint, or leather condition are not factors. Parts must not be cracked or warped, and all fasteners, clips, and mounting points must be intact.

Material:
The carbon fiber material we use is a direct match to the original Porsche 997 plain weave. When placed side-by-side, the fabrics are visually identical.

Finish:
Refinished pieces typically return with a crisper clear coat and a deeper black appearance—very similar to how the parts looked when new. Over time, all carbon fiber and epoxy finishes naturally yellow or lose some clarity, depending on sunlight exposure and the condition of the original materials.
The factory Porsche vents are generally not designed to be disassembled after their initial installation. The outer trim (face plate) uses a dual-clip retention method, and due to the aging of the materials, some clips may break during disassembly or reassembly. In most cases, a few broken clips are not an issue because the original design uses an excessive number of retention clips. If necessary, adhesive or epoxy may be used to properly secure the trim back onto the vent assembly.
