Our Carbon Fiber Skinning process begins with a brand-new or OEM core return part to ensure a flawless fit. By exclusively using genuine OEM parts rather than aftermarket options, we guarantee precision and compatibility for your vehicle.
Meticulous Inspection and Preparation
Each part undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure quality. Any defects are repaired, and parts with irreparable damage or broken fastening points are replaced. This ensures that every piece meets our high standards before moving forward.

Premium Materials for Superior Results
We use top-tier materials, including a premium HexForce 2x2 Twill, 3K, 5.7oz Carbon Fiber Fabric as our standard weave. Other twill options are also available, and OEM-matching fabrics can be provided for many models.

The carbon fiber is bonded to each part using a high-quality epoxy resin, with a vacuum process utilized in select cases to ensure optimal adhesion and finish. For a personalized touch, we also offer custom carbon fiber weaves and epoxy color tinting upon request.
Multiple Layers for a Flawless Finish
To achieve a smooth, consistent surface, multiple layers of high-quality epoxy resin are applied. Each layer is meticulously sanded, with up to eight applications required depending on the part's complexity. This step is key to achieving the flawless finish our customers expect.
High-Gloss Perfection with Ultimate Protection
The final step includes a durable 2-part acrylic urethane clear coat, followed by a professional polish to deliver a stunning high-gloss finish. This clear coat not only enhances the appearance but also provides superior UV and chemical resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability and protection.

Carbon Fiber Covers
Our Carbon Fiber Trim Covers are expertly crafted to fit seamlessly over your existing OEM parts, providing a sleek, modern upgrade without the need for major modifications. These covers are formed using a mold or the original part, with a release agent ensuring easy removal once the epoxy cures.
Premium Quality and Glossy Finish
Each cover is made using authentic 2x2 3K Carbon Fiber Twill Weave Fabric, produced through a high-quality Wet Lay Carbon/Infusion Vacuum process. The result is a durable, lightweight cover with a stunning gloss finish that adds a luxurious touch to your vehicle.
Easy Installation, Minimal Effort
These covers are secured to your OEM parts with durable 3M adhesive tape, preserving the original parts and requiring minimal or no disassembly for installation. This simple process ensures a hassle-free upgrade while maintaining your vehicle's integrity.
Designed for Functionality
Because these covers fit over your existing equipment, they will add a small amount of material. If the covers wrap around switches or cutout areas, there may be a slight recess, but they are designed to ensure all original functions remain fully operational without any issues.

Alcantara, Leather or Paint
High-Quality Materials for a Luxurious Finish
We use genuine Alcantara fabric for trim covering, providing a premium look and feel. For painted trim, we apply a Single Stage Acrylic Urethane High Gloss paint—the same high-quality materials and processes used for automotive exteriors.

The original OEM paint is stripped, and the surface is primed with an Automotive 2.1 Low VOC 2-part Urethane Primer. It is then painted with a durable 2-part Acrylic Urethane paint, ensuring a smooth, long-lasting finish that matches your vehicle’s exterior quality.
